OnBuy have an exciting opportunity for a Software Engineer to join the team.
Location: Bournemouth/ Remote
Salary: up to £650/ day outside of IR35
Job Type: 6-month contract

Software Engineer - The Role:
We are looking for both Lead and Senior Developers. Here's an example of a Senior Developer's role profile, responsibilities include:
- Architecting software solutions, particularly using Domain Driven Design
- TDD, Unit testing and continuous integration & deployment
- Mentoring less experienced Developers
- Setting delivery expectations and communicating progress
- Performing peer code reviews
Software Engineer - You:
- Strong PHP knowledge and a minimum of 5 years commercial experience
- MYSQL and NoSQL databases expertise
- A background working with MVC Frameworks
- JavaScript and jQuery experience and ideally React
- HTML/ CSS knowledge
- Microservice architecture & Google Cloud, working with a devops mindset
- RESTful API experience
