RP International are shortlisting for a talented Scrum Master to join a 5G telecommunications business, who are financially backed by one of the most established global brands in technology.
The Scrum Master role is a permanent role in a hybrid work style, with the requirement to be on-site 2 days a week in their Slough-based office. They offer a salary of up to £60K depending on your experience and alignment to the role.
Responsibilities:
- Work within the Data & Analytics group and be responsible for decomposing product roadmaps into quarterly programme increments.
- Plan, manage and deliver products using agile methodology and mentor scrum teams on effective adoption of agile methods and principles.
- Ensure collaborative tools such as Jira are used actively by team members and best practices are embraced and maintained.
- Manage risks, issues and dependences whilst ensuring roadmaps and delivery plans are integrated across all relevant teams.
- Progress monitoring and report generation for accurate status updates
Requirements:
- 5+ years working experience as a scrum master - preferably SAFe certified.
- Scrum master experience in a start or enterprise business.
- Demonstratable knowledge of agile methodologies such as scrum, Kanban for solution delivery.
- Experience of delivering data and analytics products.
- Understanding of software development practices - estimation, DevOps, CI-CD pipelines, automated testing and the associated software development life cycle.
