As Pricing & Reporting Manager you will lead with new ideas, processes & solutions to Innovate Service Delivery. Maintaining high quality data to enable data-driven insights to optimise our cost to serve and transform Finning UK & Ireland service operation. Connect asset utilisation, supply chain & service excellence so we perform and operate efficiently, consistently whilst delivering and effortless customer experience.
Job Description:
Pricing & Reporting Manager (Service Team) Major Job Functions
As Pricing & Reporting Manager (Service Team) you will indicate the approximate % of time dedicated to each 4 or 5 major functions
Service Excellence - Working closely with key stakeholders to develop and execute a plan to consistently achieve Gold. Stakeholders include CAT, Senior Management & other Finning territories.
Service Performance & Optimisation - Engage with service operations teams to identify & implement improvements to Service efficiency and effectiveness, through a consultative approach.
Service Data, Processes & Systems - Business owner to ensure service data quality, processes & systems are being adhered to & fit for business needs.
Provide direction to the organisation on future requirements to enable an effortless customer & employee experience.
Repair Options & Standard Jobs - Maintain & deliver accurate repair options and standard jobs, so the service operation can execute consistent and efficient service delivery
CI & Training - Working with the service management provide training & on the job coaching to drive continuous improvement through the service organisation
Specific Skills and Knowledge for the Pricing & Reporting Manager (Service Team)
As Pricing & Reporting Manager you will be a team player with the ability to work with employees and business leaders at all levels throughout the organisation.
Have strong communication skills including presentation, listening, written & verbal.
As Pricing & Reporting Manager will have the ability and experience to lead and motivate others.
Change Management skills
Understanding of structure, operations & execution of strategies.
Experience in Service Operations would be advantageous
Previous business data, budget awareness and systems and processes experience.
Pricing and Reporting Manager Accountability
Develop a strategy to improve our customer experience whilst optimizing our cost to serve.
Deliver Caterpillar Service Excellence
Reduce lost time and Improve our Technician Productivity
Improve cash flow and reduce average last labour to close
Achieve reduction in travel time
