- Techno-Functional knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud, ERP Finance, PPM and HCM
- Oracle Cloud reporting tools, including EPM, OTBI and SmartView
- Ability to communicate, lead, and influence at all levels within an organisation
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with good experience supporting Oracle Fusion (ideally Finance) for a hugely positive organisation whose work makes a massive difference to more than 50,000 people every year.
As the Oracle Fusion Support lead, you will be responsible for the BAU maintenance of the Oracle SaaS platform. In addition, you will own the supplier relationship with Oracle and their support partners and lead your own support analysts.
Skills and experience required:
- Extensive experience in an Oracle support role
- Techno-Functional knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud, ERP Finance, PPM and HCM
- Oracle Cloud reporting tools, including EPM, OTBI and SmartView
- ITIL4 Foundation certification in Service Management
- Ability to communicate, lead, and influence at all levels within an organisation
