South West EnglandIT Support TechnicianIT Support technician - South West - up to £28k DOE I am currently seeking an IT Support technician for a market leading MSP client who have clients throughout the South West. You will need some 2nd line understanding and capability, however you will be trained and developed within the role. The successful applicant will be someone who wants to develop and build a successful career within a trusted team. You may be a first liner with some second line experience wanting to gain more commercial experience of escalations. The successful IT Support technician will provide multi line remote support to a network of customers, ensuring that all problems are solved, drawing on the experience of your team to support when necessary.A huge benefit of this environment is that it will upskill you significantly, you will deal with a range of different issues and find clever solutions on a daily basis. DATTO This position will suit an individual with previous experience in a first or second line helpdesk position. You do not need a degree to apply, full training will be provided if you have the relevant skills and experience.Excellent communication and organisational skills are essential requirements of this role. Valid drivers license is essential. The role is fully remote, however you will be expected to make client visits oon occasion so you must be within the South West, or willing to relocate to the South West. Right to work in the UK is essential.
