Avanti Recruitment is working with a successful IT Consultancy near Bishops Stortford to recruit a 1st, 2nd and 3rd Line Support Engineer to join their team delivering IT Services for their impressive list of clients.
You will work as part of their Service Desk team who are responsible for any technical issues for their clients. The majority of the time you will be working remotely however hybrid working is also an option. Due to the technology they use no day will be the same. This is a perfect opportunity for someone who wants to gain more exposure and a rewarding career.
To be considered you will have demonstrable skills in most if not all of the following:
- Be Microsoft Certified or at this level from a previous position
- Windows Operating Systems (7, 8, 10)
- Office 365
- Azure
- Endpoint management - MDM etc
- Servers - Windows, Linux, Active Directory
- Currently, work in an MSP
- Networking -VLANs, WAN etc
- Firewalls - Cisco
Any experience in the following would be desirable but is not essential:
- PowerShell scripting
- OS X desktop Support
- VMWare and Hyper-V
- Domain Name System skills
