- First and second line software support for users across all our applications.
- Resolving user equipment queries, and supporting the build & roll out of equipment.
- Leading IT system inductions for new joiners to ensure they can access our systems and use their equipment effectively.
- Supporting the Head of IT with routine admin of key systems such as Duo & Intune.
- Using your experience of end user support to maintain our IT helpsheet & video library (on our intranet).
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience providing 1st and 2nd line within a fast moving company.
- Experience using Adobe Acrobat Pro, Active Directory, Group Policy, Microsoft Exchange.
