Salary: 28K-35K
This is a newly created role for a suitable candidate who is knowledgable with managing websites and social media channels. This will give a fantastic opportunity to somebody who is hands on and has the ability to steer, guide and progress the business in the right direction for its long term future.
You will be an important member of team who will be responsible for maintaining and taking charge of the company s website. You will be regularly updating and maintaining the website, ensuring it s running at full capacity. You ll be arranging marketing campaigns to support business growth. You must be familiar with SEO, budgets, leads, traffic and conversion KPI s. You will be reporting and coordinating with other departments within the business ensuring objectives and activities are delivered.
Responsibilities:
Establish positioning, identifying target audiences and develop, manage marketing plans with objectives across different channels (onsite, social, email etc)
Support managers by implementing ongoing strategies across the business to gain and achieve traffic, leads and sales targets
Work closely with the SEO, PPC analysis, design, product and sales departments
Grow website traffic, conversion rates and business customers
Identify trends within web analytics datasets
Be constantly proactive with the latest tools within digital marketing (copywriting, email marketing, webinars etc)
Develop and build client relationships participating in client reviews when necessary
Deliver reports and feedback on campaigns and present idea and outcomes to internal and external teams
Maximise social media, webpages and other platforms to increase customer loyalty
Plan and research the demands of clients within the market, including competitors movements
To be considered:
Experience in Digital Marketing is essential
Experienced in managing websites, Social media, SEO, Content and Paid marketing
Ability to use the key marketing tools
Be able to create marketing campaigns
Be confident delivering presentations
Have strong attention to detail
