My client, aleading e-retail company are currently looking to expand theirData, Analytics and AI Architecture team. They have got a widerange of projects available and are looking for an experiencedArchitect specialising in the ML domain who can bring an immediateexperience of big data and AI/ML related approaches to complementthe team.
KeyResponsibilities
- You'llmanage the overall technical relationship, for Machine Learningrelated projects, making recommendations on security, cost,performance, reliability and operational efficiency to accelerateprojects.
- You will be the voice of thecustomer, sharing their needs and wants to inform the roadmap ofAI/ML features. In this role, your creativity will link technologyto tangible solutions, with the opportunity to define or inventcloud-native Machine Learning reference architectures for a varietyof use cases.
- You will participate in thecreation and sharing of best practices, technical content and newreference architectures (e.g. white papers, code samples, blogposts) and evangelise about running Machine Learning workloads andindustry ML trends (e.g. through workshops, user groups, meetups,public speaking, online videos orconferences).
- Work withscientists to develop architectures which improve the speed ofiteration and experimentation of machine learning features inproduction, while also improving overall AI and data productawareness andappreciation.
AboutYou
A candidate with in-depthexpertise in most of the followingtechnologies:
- Cloud technologies thatcover the big data, analytics and AI/ML domain is essential withexperience using Azure highly advantageous
- AIplatform related technologies such as Azure Machine Learning and MLFlow.
- Azure IaaS (VMs, VNET, NSG Rules, VPNGateways and Express Route), Creating, deploying, configuring andscaling applications on Windows AzurePaaS
- Container technology, specifically Dockerand Kubernetes
- Data persistence technologiessuch as Cosmos DB, MongoDB, SQL Server
- Data andanalytics engines such as Apache Spark (knowledge of Databricks isa plus), Elasticsearch, SynapseAnalytics
A candidate withcapabilities and experience in thefollowing:
- Technical architectureleadership and direction on projects resulting in secure, scalable,reliable, and maintainableplatforms.
- Architecture skills that enable thecreation of future-proof, complex global solutions using Azure PaaSservices.
- Machine learning techniques andalgorithms such as supervised/unsupervised algorithms, computervision, NLP, and deep learning.
