London Based Technology business seek a Business Analyst for a partner facing role. Experience managing deliveries in a complex stakeholder landscape, from remote software engineering teams to senior client sponsors. Experience delivering enterprise projects. Manage the projects end-to-end, making sure all business and technology teams work together to deliver a quality product that works for all. Together with the business teams, produce quality business requirement documents (BRDs) and participate in end-to-end solution design. Support product and engineering teams to deliver via agile sprint methodology. Organise and oversee business user-acceptance testing (UAT) activities. Effectively raise and manage partner escalations. Prioritise limited resources across different projects, by understanding the true business need. Contribute to the product strategy of the business. Partner facing, European travel, and stakeholder management. Very strong project and stakeholder management. Strong communication skills: able to summarize technology issues in a simple way to the business but also dive into the detail with the technology teams. Requirements gathering and rigorous documentation. Working knowledge of agile project management software preferred (eg Jira, Trello, Planner, Asana). Experience with integrations and APIs is a plus. Familiarity with service design tools such as lucidchart, Visio. Basic SQL knowledge. Appreciation of GDPR and delivering products & services in a regulated industry. You will ideally come from a consultancy background
