One of our key clients in investment management is looking for a Big Data Developer to join their team. You will work on one of their pivotal, core platforms (CDP) and will play a huge role in ensuring the platform is running as efficiently as possible allowing other systems to analyse, track, and manage customer interactions fluidly. The role requires 1 day on-site in their London office and the entire team is a mix of off-shore and on-shore members.
Job Requirements:
- Spark (with Scala).
- Nifi/SQL/Impala/Hive.
- Kafka.
- Any experience with Apache Airflow, AWS (eg S3 buckets, SQS events), dbt, Data 360, Apache Atlas, Python would be a bonus.
- Agile/Scrum.
- Great communication and organisational skills.
